So I have been easily... irked lately. By a lot of things that really should not bug me this much, but you know. Girls and their moods right? Here is a list of all the things that bug me.
-People who's parents buy them everything. Parents buy the car, give them x amount of money to spend each month, if the kid breaks something then the parents just buy a new one. Learn some responsibility maybe?
-People who think their life is harder than other peoples (myself included in this.) Everyone has a hard life in their own way and we are all dealing with stuff, lets all remember that and just get a long.
-I'm very annoyed by people who are insensitive. Yes it's good to be blunt and upfront about some things, but when you say you would rather risk dying of cancer than change your life, and say it to a person who's father died of cancer... no good.
-People who have no self-respect. Have some values and morals and actually stand up for them. Don't do what everyone tells you to because you're "laid back." YOLO hahaha yeah.
-People who don't write you back when you take the time to actually write them when they go on a mission. really? if you're not going to write back, then at least let the person know so they're not just chillin there wondering what the hell is going on.
-Two-faced people. Obviously one of them is the real you, embrace it and get on with your life. I promise you'll be much happier.
-People who have to be the center of everything. Newsflash most of us learned around graduation, your boyfriend problems are pretty small compared to mostly everything else out there in the world.
-People who think they know how to live my life better than I do. Yes I know I've screwed up, but I'm learning and I'll get it eventually.
-People who set me up with everyone on their contacts list! Sometimes I like to complain that I'm single, but for the most part, it's the way I like it, and I hate being set up anyway!
-finals. need I say more? I'm pretty sure that's why I've been so extremely irritable lately.
K venting = done :)

Yummy
So I made this bread. I know right? Never thought I would be able to make bread but there we go! It was soooo good, I'll definitely be making it again. It wasn't as light and fluffy as it should have been cause I might have had a slight brain lapse and patted it down after it rose... But it was still really good!
And the recipe is: Rosemary Olive Oil Bread
Rosemary Olive Oil Bread
INGREDIENTS
1 cup warm water (100-110 F)
1 Tbsp. organic cane sugar
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped (or 2 tsp. dried)
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning (or pinch of each ground garlic, dried oregano, and dried basil)
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bread flour + extra for kneading
1 egg, whisked + 1 Tbsp. water, for egg wash
dried rosemary, for sprinkling
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 10 minutes to proof.
2. Stir in the salt, rosemary, seasonings, olive oil, and whole wheat flour. Add the bread flour and stir until the dough forms a ball. Knead on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, adding more flour as necessary to prevent sticking, until smooth.
3. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl; cover; and let rise until doubled in size, about1 hour.
4. Punch down the dough and form it into a round loaf. Place it on a cornmeal dusted pizza peel or parchment paper; cover; and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, preheat oven (and pizza stone) to 400 F. Once the dough has risen, gently brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with dried rosemary.
6. Bake on preheated stone for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Makes 1 round loaf.
